We believe up-front pricing makes the whole process more efficient, saving us both time and ensuring you know exactly what to expect. The (Not So) Fine Print

*The Core Technology Fee that applies based on your organization size and this fee covers monitoring and maintenance of items that don’t belong to a single user – such as your office’s routers and switches, WiFi, printers and copiers, servers, etc. This way, all your devices, including the ones you don’t even think about or often see, are properly supported and covered.

The Onboarding Fee is covers our expense of setting up our systems, an initial site visit to integrate with your systems and develop initial documentation. Additionally, it covers a 1:1 in-person (or remote, if you prefer) session to cover your Customer Service Order (CSO) and Managed Service Agreement (MSA). The onboarding fee is one-time and is required.
